Yindu Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established on April 10, 2003. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of commercial catering equipment, including commercial refrigeration equipment, buffetware equipment and western kitchen equipment. The company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on September 11, 2017 and currently owns four domestic wholly-owned subsidiaries and nine overseas subsidiaries. In recent years, the company's operating performance has maintained steady growth. In 2017, it achieved sales revenue of 1.36 billion yuan and net profit of 198 million yuan; in 2018, the sales revenue reached 1.486 billion yuan and net profit of 248 million yuan; in 2019, sales revenue reached 1.726 billion yuan and net profit 297 million yuan.

At present, Yindu Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd has obtained a number of patents: as of December 2019, it has a total of 121 valid patents and 2 software copyrights. The commercial catering cooling equipment produced by Yindu Kitchen Equipment Co., Ltd had obtained domestic certificates and also numbers of certifications from other countries and regions including(ETL、CE、CB、ROHS、GEMS、GS、CCC etc), as well as the Tests of chemicals that protect the environment and human health including RoHS、REACH、FDA etc.

OBM (Own Branding Marketing) + dealer sales mode is adopted in the domestic market, the main brands are "Yindu kitchen Equipment", "Five Arrows", "Issa" and so on. In the overseas market, ODM (Original Design Manufacturing) and OBM (Own Branding Marketing) modes were adopted parallelly. Initially, the ODM mode was adopted in order to achieve faster market growth and to reduce operational risks. Then Yindu promotes its own brand products through subsidiaries to obtains brand premiums. Currently, sales companies have been established in the United Kingdom, the United States, Germany, France, Italy, Australia and Canada to actively expand overseas markets.
