Bursting with notes of strawberry, cranberry and delicate floral nuances interwoven with hints of black pepper. These carry onto the luscious palate along with raspberry and dried fruit (peach and apricot). A brilliant acidic spine ensures a well-balanced finish.

Tasting Notes

This amazing Icewine shows great power, balance and finesse to provide a truly delightful taste experience. Aromas of pear, peach, lime cordial and white floral greet the nose.  These rich flavours of stone fruit and citrus flavours carry through on the smooth, light palate where flavors mingle. Lovely acidity balances the sweetness and creates a true mouth-watering tasting experience. The Icewine is non-cloying and delights the palate with a finish that lingers.

Winemaker Notes

The Riesling grapes for this Icewine were picked at -12 °C on December 28 and produced a rich juice at 37.0 Brix with well-balanced acidity. The juice was cool fermented and matured in stainless steel before bottling.

Food Pairing Notes

Serve at the beginning or end of meal. It is also excellent with Roquefort cheese, foie   gras or fresh fruit.
