The Egro One features the most durable brewing technology available in this class of equipment. The patented stainless steel brewing group features advanced sealing technology which requires less maintenance visits and reduces the cost of ownership. Egro One has an advanced user interface with a 5.7" touchscreen graphic display in full colour. The easy-to use user interface guides the operator through the choice of 48 selectable products. Visual help the user to constantly monitor the machine's status by displaying which drinks are being served, the drinks queue, serving progress and the status of the machine. Egro One also offers the option of uploading and customising screensavers, running promotions to boost business, displaying images or videos as drinks are served and teaching baristas with educational videos. The Egro One Top Milk XP is equipped with a 6.5-liter fridge for the milk. Milk drinks can be prepared at the touch of a button. The fridge is easy to use and hygienic thanks to the “MLR” Automatic Milk Line Rinsing system. The fridge offers the option of a heated cup rack and a temperature display. Optionally the fridge can be positioned under the counter to save space. Egro One has been designed mainly for use in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, service stations, self-service facilities, and is available in 3 versions, all equipped with keypad or touchscreen: Pure Coffee, Quick Milk, and Top Milk XP.
