“Naturalmente Dolce” is composed by three arabica coffee origins: Brazil, Nicaragua, Ethiopia.
Brazil: yellow Bourbon variety, Fazenda Rainha, a plantation situated in Mogiana region at a altidude of 1100 – 1500 meters. The beans are extracted from the drupe with a techinque called pulped natural.
Etiopia Harrar: Longberry variety, harvested at a altitude of 1500 – 2100 meters, in Harrar area. The drupes, once collected and selected manually, are processed with a natural technique
Nicaragua Finca San Jose: Red Catuai variety, collected at altitudes of 1250 – 1400 meters. After the harvesting this coffee is worked with a washed technique.
The blend of this coffee origins give birth to a sweet cup, very balanced, with a great body and a light acidity. A refined blend with notes of chocolate and red fruits. Perfect also with latte.
At the most important International Coffee Competition – The International Coffee Tasting 2016 –has been assigned the Gold Medal to Naturalmente Dolce coffee blend in ‘Espresso Italiano’ category.
