There's arguably never been a better time to ask for extra everything on your Chipotle order. The chain is known to allow customers to order extra-large helpings of many toppings (excluding proteins) at no additional cost, per Restaurant Clicks. This option may be especially appealing in current hard times, since Chipotle raised menu prices last summer to keep up with food inflation. Additionally, Chipotle recently took heat for downgrading its rewards program perks. While members used to be able to redeem a free entree after spending $140 at Chipotle, they now have to spend $162.50, reports Business Insider.
Adding a few more scoops of toppings to their bowl or burrito, then, is a way for customers to get a little more bang for their buck during an increasingly expensive Chipotle experience. However, not everyone could get behind one person's truly gut-busting burrito that's taking TikTok by storm. Plenty of Chipotle fans can recall asking servers to be generous with the corn salsa or sour cream. But extra tortillas? Talk about extra, TikTokers say.
The biggest Chipotle burrito of all time?

Perhaps you've ordered a Chipotle burrito so stuffed that it was tricky for the staff to roll, or maybe you've even shelled out an extra 65 cents to get a second tortilla for a super burrito. Still, it's likely that nothing you've ever ordered compares to this monster burrito seen on TikTok. Ordered by user Rick Facio and deemed "The Quad," the creation required four tortillas and two staff members to help roll it up. It packed in three scoops each of white rice, beans, and chicken, plus two helpings of fajita veggies. (That's 11 scoops for those following along at home.) After double scoops of corn salsa and salsa verde, Facio was still willing to pay extra for guac. The end product was approximately the size of the cardboard bowl in which Chipotle serves its eat-in burritos.
While comments have been disabled on Facio's video, Daily Dot recorded viewers' riled-up reactions like, "Ain't no reason to make it that difficult," and, "I'd quit my job on the spot."
These comments prompt us to ask the question: Is it rude to order such a massive burrito? According to Chipotle workers on Reddit, yes. Many employees advise only asking for extra scoops of two or three things if you don't want your server to hate you — or possibly give you extra of nothing. If you ask them, ordering extra everything is definitely a fast food faux pas.
