Described as having a mellow spice and subtle citrus finish with an alluring complexity and delightful warmth, this tipple will certainly add a kick to your cocktails.
Can’t wait to get your hands on Lunar Gin? Shoppers are in luck as it’s now available to buy from Waitrose and Sainsbury’s for £35 or you can buy it on Amazon for £31.95.
Available in 70cl, 43.4% ABV (alcohol by volume), the limited-edition beverage only occurs once in a blue moon, so savour it while it lasts.
According to the brand, the mystical cosmic creation is inspired by the celestial light of the Worm Moon and we can’t wait to have a glass or two, or three.
If you need a little cocktail inspiration, Hendrick’s have shared their top secret recipes for you to whip up at home. The gin brand suggests mixing 50ml Hendrick’s Lunar with 50ml of sparkling wine and topping the glass up with 150ml premium tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber slice and lemon wedge for a fresh and fruity finish - sounds delicious.
If you like your cocktails a little more basic, you can add 50ml of Lunar gin, mix with 150ml premium tonic water and garnish with three thinly sliced rounds of cucumber. Feeling brave? The brand suggests a twist of black pepper to finish.
It looks like Hendrick’s aren’t the only one helping us fill up our glasses this summer. Marks & Spencer have also recently re-launched a limited-edition cherry blossom gin glitter globe, and we can’t stop staring at it.
Priced at £17, the fruity cherry and peach tipple has an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 20% and is expected to fly off the shelves - so be sure to snap up a bottle while you can.

Opting for a cheaper beverage that won't break the bank? Budget supermarket Aldi have also brought out a glitter globe gin liqueur that's even cheaper than the M&S version.
Priced at just £12.99 for a 70cl bottle, it's around £4 cheaper than the spring-themed Cherry Blossom version at Marks & Spencer's.
The new liqueur is part of Aldi’s new April Spirits Festival range and will be available from April 22 in Aldi stores across Scotland and online at www.aldi.co.uk.
