The dried cranberries are processed from healthy and mature cranberries (Vaccinium macrocarpon). They are infused in sucrose solution, dried and sprayed with a light quantity of oil. The cranberries are subsequently sliced in julienne and the cranberry powder is added to prevent clumping of the product. The product is prepared with Non-GMO ingredients. No preservatives, flavour or colour is added. The process complies with the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. F-27) and with the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations (SOR/2018-108) of the government of Canada, with the Food Safety Modernization Act of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, with General Food Law ((EC) N°178/2002) and other applicable European food laws.
