The story of KAVOHOLIK coffee roastery began in the spring of 2020, when a group of coffee lovers decided to raise the level of coffee drinking in Slovakia to a higher level. At that time, no one knew that the whole world would literally have to fight the covid pandemic in a few days. With the purchase of a small company in Bratislava, which had one employee and a roasting plant with a capacity of 5 kg, a completely new story began to be written.

With their own enthusiasm, a collective of enthusiastic people set about implementing the Kávoholik project and building a brand new business - a family-run roastery. Its main idea was to "conquer Slovakia coffee market" and gradually the world. To offer consumers not only a package of roasted coffee that will always taste different, but one that will be an experience for them and will win them over with the consistency of its taste. And at the same time to make everything related to the coffee world easier for all those who love coffee as much as we do. To advise and provide them not only with the highest quality coffee but also with the complete service that is needed to do so. From the sale of the coffee machine, the grinder to all the barista aids and always be the guarantor for their warranty and post-warranty repairs. And not only for end consumers in the home, but also for offices, cafes and restaurants in the HORECA segment.

Thanks to the diligence of the entire team of people, the ambitious goals have been achieved. The Kavoholik team has gradually grown and its central figure today is the renowned roaster Oliver Pešta, who has been lucky enough to learn from the best. He was trained in the world of coffee roasting by Bogdan Georgescu, the world roasting vice-champion, which turned out to be a great decision. Thanks to his heart literally beating for the coffee world, KAVOHOLIK coffees have already won several national and international awards. Unprecedented in Slovakia, he has achieved unprecedented success with his Ethiopia Hamasho coffee, which was awarded three stars in the global Great Taste competition in UK. We should also mention the espresso blend Štúr, which has already won two international and one Slovak award. And thanks to International Coffee Tasting, together with Kávoholik, the 70/30 espresso blend is officially one of the best coffees in the world.

From the point of view of the KAVOHOLIK team, it is therefore extremely important not to relax and to continue to offer its customers the highest quality coffee. Not the cheapest, but one that never disappoints with its taste and quality. The aim is also to continue to educate coffee literacy and to be a stable part of the coffee community, gradually on a global scale.

At this moment we have lot of costumers worldwide... in EU, Kuwajt, UAE, Saudi arabia, Oman and now we are going to find costumers on the China market. We believe our coffee is really amazing and we can do nice deals.
