Company Profile

Our company was founded in 1679 – more than 340 years
ago – as a small brewpub. While its location has changed,
it has always been based in Mannheim. Traditional
brewing processes in accordance with the German Purity
Law of 1516 guarantee Eichbaum beers’ top quality.
The local art of brewing since 1679!
We only procure the best ingredients from the best
regions. In order to test and assure their quality, Eichbaum
runs its own laboratory. Eichbaum uses malts from local
farmers and hops from Bavaria. The latter not only have a long tradition but also a huge importance
