Founded by seven growers of the Chilean central region seeking better export opportunities for their products.
In 1994 the company became PRUNESCO, a private shareholder company.

The largest processor of prunes in Chile, Latin America and one of the three largest worldwide, with the highest quality standards and processing capacities in the southern hemisphere.
