Shanghai Pizza Master Competition is the most professional competition in China, players with any fermentation skills can participate in the game; The player must make any size pizza on contest, freely choosing style of pizza and oven onsite, raw materials must be bring by each player.

-Box-type oven temperature setting: 250 degrees (temperature is adjustable)

-Track-type oven temperature setting: 245 degrees, 6 minutes (temperature is adjustable)

Event assessment will use accumulated score for promotion, the race focus on innovative R&D, player's skills base, culinary experience and ideas as well as creative capabilities that is suitable for the market.
